Do you provide in-person support?

Yes, all members receive in-person service and hands-on support for the Greater Cleveland and Akron Ohio areas. Other geographical locations will include only virtual or require a travel fee, based on distance, for in-person solutions and/or meetings.

Can I cancel my membership?

In addition to our individual sessions and projects, we also offer memberships in three, six, and twelve month increments. Discounts are applied for longer contracts. You can cancel after the contract duration has completed.

What size business do you work with?

We will work with any size business but our memberships were created with businesses of under 100 employees in mind. We are happy to lend our services to larger companies and/or departments. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you work with individuals?

We take a limited number of individuals for low cost career coaching. Those currently between opportunities will be given priority selection as we strive to help those who need it most. Please contact us for more information.

Do you work with start-ups?

Yes! We love working with entrepreneurs to help them create a plan for their business from the ground up. We offer business planning, competitive analysis, and executive coaching to get you started in the right direction.

Do you do speaking engagements?

Yes, we have 30 and 60 minute presentation topics that can be customized to embody your organizations directional focus and core competencies. Additionally, we can present on material that you provide if desired.

What approach or methodology do you use?

Our main focus is on employee empowerment which has been proven to have a multitude of positive outcomes but only if it is applied intentionally. Therefore, we prioritize data backed business decisions that prove the effectiveness of our solutions. Our scientific approach combines proven philosophies in adult learning, leadership, social psychology, human resources, and organizational development to deliver tailored solutions that drive success and meet the unique needs of your business.

Are you accepting new clients?

We do limit the number of clients that we accept in order to provide high levels of customer service to each and every business that we work with. As a result, waiting lists may be implemented when needed. Referrals from existing clients are prioritized. Please reach out to us for information on current lead times if applicable.
