What Makes a Strong Submission
A strong submission takes real workplace experiences, challanges, or observations and connects them to research, insight, or practical application. The goal is to bridge the gap between theory and reality in a way that helps others think differently, act more intentionally, or navigate their own situations effectively.
The most impactful pieces are:
Based on credible research or real workplace experiences.
Reflect on emotional intelligence, ethics, and human-centered thinking.
Challange the status quo or provide a new way to drive change in the workplace.
Understand the role played by both the employee and leader in any situation.
Perspectives from underrepresented or overlooked experiences in the workplace.
Submissions can not be previously published.
